Chicken Coop Expansion and Improvement

  • The chickens needed improvements to their enclosure, including more square footage, a translucent roof, and a longer ramp into their coop

  • I expanded the enclosure in the back, planting two posts and extending the wood frame and wiring

  • I fastened translucent fiberglass panels on the  top of the enclosure in order for the birds to have coverage from weather but still let in natural light

  • The coop ramp was reconstructed to be longer and more robust
